The online workshop is on Thursday 26th September at 19:00. It should finish about 21:30 but as it's a beta run it may go a little longer - the last part of the workshop is a beautiful guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm and confident ready for a beautiful night's sleep.
The workshop will take place over Zoom - all details will be sent when you book and it's very easy to use via a pc, laptop or smart phone.
A downloadable workbook is included for you to make the most out of the event and continue making changes after the workshop ends. You'll also get a downloadable audio of the relaxation after the workshop - this is yours to use whenever you need to find that calm confidence again.
Places are limited to 12 for this special offer - it's a beta run so I will ask for feedback afterwards in order to fine tune the workshop - that's why it's such a special price, just £39!
EARLY BIRD OFFER
Book by 7th September to receive a ticket to Tina Sederhelm's one woman show, 'Everything Wrong with You Is Beautiful,' in Stroud on 13th, 14th or 15th September (various times) and a signed copy of her poetry collect of the same name.
If you can't attend the show the book will be sent by post.
