Included in the cost is a copy of The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves, a folder of course materials and an MP3 download of guided relaxations.
 
Suitable at any gestation but many women want to start after their 20 week scan.  Most women bring their partners but some come with their mother or a friend - whoever is going to support her in labour.
 
Tea, coffee & biscuits are available.
 
Please bring any cushions or blankets that you might need to feel comfortable.

A deposit of £100 will secure your booking for an agreed course and the MP3 will then be sent so you can start benefiting from relaxations straight away.  Full payment is due at least two weeks before the course starts.  If your baby is born before the course starts a refund will be made but otherwise fees for specific group classes are not refundable unless the course is cancelled by the teacher.
