A short 10 min phone call is always free if you need help to work out the service that suits you best - let me know if you want that.
This is the first increase in fees for 21 months and takes into account the time, attention and expertise I give to clients along with the increased costs of travel.
I can take payment by BACs in advance, or during a visit by card or cash - text, email or WhatsApp for an appointment.
I can often accommodate short-notice appointments for urgent issues if you text / WhatsApp / email - include a phone number with emails so I can text you back.
If you are struggling to access help but cannot manage a private consultation please send me a message and I will try to signpost you to free / lower cost resources.
In Pregnancy - from £75
Antenatal Consultations
Antenatal discussion - £75 for 60 mins via Zoom or in my Caerphilly Office - great to talk over specific concerns about birth, breastfeeding or other issues.
Breastfeeding or antenatal class - £105 for 90mins via Zoom or in my Caerphilly Office. Can include a guided relaxation with a recording to use afterwards. One or more sessions can be booked as a Hypnobirthing refresher for those who have completed a full course previously.

Full KGHypnobirthing course (free Hypnobirthing taster sessions are offered via Zoom - see website or ask for details of upcoming events)
Small group courses in my Caerphilly office - £275 including one partner (12 hours of teaching over 2-4 sessions as advertised - ask for dates - plus downloadable audios, a course folder & The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves)
Privately (you and your birth partner/s) via Zoom or in my Caerphilly Office - £375 (12 hours of teaching over 2-4 sessions plus downloadable audios, a course folder and The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves)
Private antenatal sessions in your own home can be discussed - fees start at £130 for 90 mins or £475 for the full KGH course depending on location
Ongoing email support for brief questions arising from the session is included.
If further antenatal sessions are required for more in depth discussion they start at £40 for 30mins (Zoom or phone).
Deeply Personal Wrap Around VIP Package - £897
This premium package includes:
- the full KGH Birth Preparation course
- a birth planning session
- a breastfeeding / new baby class in pregnancy
- a postnatal package (4 hours of support)
- the Power Hour coaching deal,
- two further coaching sessions to be used as needed (up to 6 months postnatally)
Between sessions you will have access to me within business hours, for the length of your pregnancy and up to a month postnatally.
Fees include all services via Zoom or in my Caerphilly Office - home visits may be possible, additional fees will apply.
Postnatal - from £75
Postnatal Consultations (including breastfeeding / infant feeding)
Consultations via Zoom
90 min - £105 - best for complex breastfeeding issues if an in-person consultation is not possible. If we only use up to 60 mins then we can use the remaining 30 mins for a follow up call (saves £10).
60 min - £75 - great for straightforward infant feeding support (breast or bottle) If extra time is needed it can sometimes be added at £30/30 mins or another appointment may be required.
30 mins (Zoom or phone) - £40 - great for follow up or for talking through issues around managing breastfeeding. Not suitable for full feeding assessment or most initial appointments.
Consultations in my Caerphilly Office120 mins - £135 - suitable for a full feeding assessment and support with breastfeeding plus oral examination and assessment of oral function together with tension release if needed - if we only need up to 90 mins we can use the remaining 30 mins for a follow up call (saves £10).
90 min - £105 - best for breastfeeding issues that don't involve tongue tie or oral restriction. If we only use upto 60 mins then we can use the remaining 30 mins for a follow up call (saves £10). If, during the consultation, it becomes apparent that oral restriction is an issue we can convert to the appropriate package.
60 min - £75 - for straightforward infant feeding / postnatal support or follow up of more complex issues. If more time is needed it may be possible to add it at £30/30mins or another appointment may be required.
Consultations at your home - standard fees apply within 12 miles of my base, I can travel further but additional fees will apply.
120 mins - £160 - suitable for a full feeding assessment and support with breastfeeding plus oral examination and assessment of oral function together with tension release if needed - if we only need up to 90 mins we can use the remaining 30 mins for a follow up Zoom call (saves £10)
90 min - £130 - best for breastfeeding issues that don't involve tongue tie or oral restriction - this is the minimum initial consultation at home. If, during the consultation, it becomes apparent that oral restriction is an issue we can convert to the appropriate package.
Additional travel is charged at £1 per mile if within 1 hour of travel time, otherwise will be individually quoted - I try to keep things as cost-effective as possible.
Coming soon - Tongue tie / Oral restriction package
I am currently training as a tongue tie practitioner so cannot yet undertake frenulotomy (tongue tie division or 'snip') independently. I currently offer a comprehensive oral assessment and, if necessary, perform some stretches and tension release exercises to help improve feeding. I will also show you how to continue this work. The fees above reflect the time needed for a full assessment and stretches alongside the feeding support that is also vital for these babies. Sometimes this is all that's needed but if a frenulotomy is indicated, the preparation and work on improving feeding makes it more likely to be successful.
When I have finished all my supervised frenulotomies and am able to provide a full tongue tie service I will be offering a package of care including two in-person consultations and a follow up. In most cases the frenulotomy will not be performed on the initial session.I anticipate the package will be around £300 (in Caerphilly) and will represent a saving against the cost of individual sessions. In the meantime I will continue to signpost people to NHS and private services depending on their area.
