Anybody who knows me will realise that I'm not very comfortable in front of a camera. Indeed, anybody who's taken one of my KGH courses probably knows that too because I always use it as an example of why most women prefer privacy when they are birthing - it's natural to feel inhibited when observed, and that can affect the way our hormones and our bodies work.
So, I was hesitant about starting to do webcasts or vlogging... but we live in a modern, visual word so I gathered all my courage, fixed a blanket to the wall (the room where I work has been stripped out ready for some building work), fiddled about with the lighting and the height settings.. and voila... a short introduction to me and the reason why my business is called Women Are Amazing.
