Private KGH Course (Zoom)

 
The complete KG Hypnobirthing course over two or four sessions at times to suit you.
 
This is a perfect choice for those who want one-to-one support and plenty of time to ask all those questions.  While covering the whole course the content can be absolutely tailored to your specific circumstances so that you feel confendent in the choices you make.
 
Follow up support by email or text is included for the duration of your pregnancy.
 
 
Included in the cost is a copy of The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves, a folder of course materials and an MP3 download of guided relaxations.
 
Suitable at any gestation but many women begin after the 20 week scan.  If you're planning on having more than one supporter with you in labour you may want them all to attend.  Sessions will be arranged at mutually agreed times.
 
This course may be available in your own home subject to covid restrictions and a risk assessment - fees start at £450 (within 15 miles of Ynysddu).

Private courses in other areas may be available subject to travel costs being covered.

A deposit of £100 will secure your booking and you will receive a link to get the MP3 so you can start enjoying relaxations straight away.  At this time we will also agree dates.  Until dates are agreed you may change your mind within fourteen days of paying the deposit for a full refund.  Once dates are agreed the course is non-refundable although rescheduling may be possible.  Full payment is due at least two weeks before the course starts.  If your baby is born before the course starts a refund will be made but otherwise course fees are not refundable unless the course is cancelled by the teacher.
