Postnatal Support (Home Visit)

Full, unhurried, postnatal or infant feeding consultation in your own home, generally upto 90 minutes, to address any concerns you have with feeding your baby in the early days or other aspects of new motherhood.  Lisa is particularly skilled at helping get breastfeeding off to a good start but there is no pressure to breastfeed and this service is very valuable to all new mothers.  This service complements the care you will be offered on the NHS.
 
The fee includes an emailed report afterwards and text / email follow up included for one week after the visit.

Follow on visits, if required, available at £100 (upto 60 mins).
 
If longer visits are required they can be arranged and cost will be discussed - generally £30 per additional 30 mins.
 
If tongue tie or pral restriction is suspected I suggest booking a two hour visit to allow time for a full assessment of feeding along side assessment of oral function and stretches  / exercises to release tension.

Travel upto 12 miles of my base is included in the fee.  Travel further afield may be possible but additional charges of £1 per mile will apply (upto one hour travel - beyond that I will need to quote individually).
 
Payment is expected in advance of the visit, by bank transfer, or at the time of the visit.  Cards and cash accepted.
